This one bedroom home is tucked away at the end of a private gated Mews in a 15th century building where Royal Hunters’ tailcoats known as ‘Pinks’ were once dyed. The home is now fully renovated into a luxury space, but the architecture is still true to its Victorian roots. With added benefits such as air conditioning and concierge and gated access, this home will work well for those visiting London on business or if you are looking for a high-end home with hotel-style amenities.

This is a traditional home with a quintessential English style in an equally classic and upmarket Sloane Square location. The interiors transport you to a high-end country estate with the antique furniture, Baroque features and large classical paintings. Despite being in a very central location, the home has an impressive communal garden which makes for a gorgeous view from the rear-facing windows. While the home is spotless and inviting, this is not a lived-in space if you were looking for a stay with a homely quality.

This is a family home that has seen a lot of love over the years, so while not pristine, the generous spaces and colourful, creative design more than makes up for this.

A stunning Grade-I listed Georgian townhouse in one of the most beautiful squares in London, Fitzroy Square. With the pedestrianised square at the front and a row of mews homes at the rear, this is an incredibly peaceful space. What really excited us was just how huge the home is, a rarity in such a central spot. A few highlights include the stunning library, Robert Adam fireplaces, a gym, endless pool, sauna and of course the spacious double garage that you won't find anywhere else round here.

Earl of Fitzroy

On a quaint, cobbled mews street, behind a bright red door you'll feel transported away from central London. This home has old bones and isn't in any rush to join the twenty-first century. It's also a little awkward for socialising, with the kitchen being set away from the living area, however, the saving grace for this home is the old world charm on offer. Oil paintings lining the walls and a couple of traditional bedrooms give a taste of days gone past that, for the right guest, will be very welcome.

There's a real sense of space here and large windows fill the home with natural light. There are some charming touches such as the solid wood flooring and monochrome photography on the walls. Having two dining areas is also a bonus and will allow a group staying here to properly spread out. The communal areas of the building are smartly finished as well, with some thoughtful modern artwork in the hallways.

Those looking for a home full of English charm will appreciate the traditional decor at The Burser, the crystal chandelier and detailed cornicing stood out in particular. New furniture has been added sporadically, meaning some pieces are more comfortable than others, for example, one sofa in the living room is a lot plumper than the other. This home is not modern but it does have everything you need for a pleasant stay. Those who fall for the evident charm will be able to forgive the slight oddities that come with an older home such as this.

The Burser

We instantly fell for this apartment. Often basement apartments can be dark but Gratian manages to feel bright and fresh, in part, thanks to the French doors that open onto the private garden. There's plenty of seating outside (enough for seven), so we found it odd there's no formal dining area just a breakfast bar. This isn't a lived-in home and so benefits from being clutter free and it maintains a warmness and homeliness frequently lost in vacant properties. 

Gratian

Located along a charming, modern mews street is this smartly finished space. Although there is certainly a serviced apartment feel, it also feels luxurious with plenty of white marble, amazing shower rooms and peaceful bedrooms. The artwork also feels appropriate and well curated. The location is really one of a kind, a stone's throw from Chancery Lane with plenty to do and see, ideal for a city worker or for travellers wanting to be close The British Museum and the Bloomsbury area.

This home is positioned on a charming garden square just off the King´s Road and a stone's throw from Sloane Square. Eye-catching original Cuban artwork, inspired by graphic novels brings colour and character to the home. Well-suited for larger families, the kitchen has two fridges and a huge gas hob, alongside a garden area for when you want to spread out a bit. 



Cuban Heels

A fun and colourful apartment equidistant from Kensington and Earl's Court. The building is a little complicated to navigate but there are signs  that'll lead you to the correct flat. There is a small, antiquated lift to help you up a few of the floors but you'll still have to negotiate a couple flights of stairs to get to the home. The caveat for this apartment is that there's a loud buzzing noise that happens every time the toilet is flushed thanks to the Victorian plumbing – light sleepers, take note.

This is a very well presented family home in a pleasant location. You will not be in Central London, but in the more relaxed and residential area of Battersea. The home would suit a small family looking for a tranquil South London base. With underfloor heating throughout, SKY on all the TV's and a private, spacious garden, this would suit those who like their creature comforts. 

Gulliver's World

This home has old bones and there are a few cracks and gaps here and there but it's been decorated to embrace these quirks meaning it packs a lot of character. Plush velvet sofas and a wood-burning stove are a couple of cosy highlights. It is worth noting that the home is located on a busy road but it has the rare benefit of two off-street parking spaces. You can retreat to the tiered-garden, which is pretty magical and will be great come the summer time.

Located between High Street Kensington and Holland Park you'll be in an exclusive area staying at Taurus. The home itself has been renovated to a high standard, the solid dark wood flooring stood out in particular. With a drinks cabinet to help yourself to and a strong collection of books you'll instantly feel at home here. There's a built-in night sky lighting system in the master bedroom, a unique feature, but if it's not for you there are also more mainstream bedside lights.

Taurus

Afternoon Tea is a comfortable home with a 24-hour concierge to help guests with any of their needs. While it's not the most exciting home on our books, the furnishings are new, the colour scheme is pleasant, and the design is modern. With three bedrooms, it is great for a larger group of friends or a family. What makes this home really stand out is its fantastic location directly opposite Harrods. If you can bear the crowds of eager shoppers, or are keen to join them, this home is perfect.

While the interiors of The Blue Mendes are not bursting with character, this home is bright and there is a decent amount of space. Due to its central location, it can be quite noisy inside the apartment. However, this is the flat's standout feature – if you are looking to immerse yourself in lively London life, The Blue Mendes could not be better located. Right in the heart of Marylebone, the home is on a picturesque Victorian street, surrounded by high-end shops, iconic restaurants, and cafes.

If you are looking to stay in a quirky and characterful neighbourhood, with convenient access into central London, Camden is a great option, with its renowned market and great nightlife. This home would suit anyone looking for a smart, minimalist interior, in top condition, which resembles more of a hotel suite than a lived-in home. We would like to flag, however, that this home is very close to Camden Town station and a busy main road, so traffic noise and the lively street can be heard indoors.

She's So Lucky

This is an adorable home in Chelsea. To enter the property you have to descend a set of precarious small steps, leading to a striking front door. Within, the home is immaculate and has a London rarity with air conditioning in the bedroom. A remote controlled skylight in the bathroom allows natural light to enter what would otherwise be a dark area of the home. The underground station isn't the closest here but there's a strong network of buses to scoot you into central London.

This is an absolutely jaw-dropping space, that’s completely unexpected, and has something new around every corner. Underfloor heating, an air-filtration system and rain-activated skylights are only a few of the amenities on offer. The space here is really unique and special, it's one of the most standout homes in our collection without a doubt.

The Talisman

This is an impressively presented home. The grandiose communal space with an antique banquet table and original contemporary artwork, such as the Roy Lichtenstein triptych prints, is standout. The rest of the house follows this standard, culminating with guest access to the residents' communal gardens from the patio, a lovely place to spend summer evenings.

The Resting Hare

This is an incredibly well-finished family home. It is hard to find a pristine space that still maintains a certain lived-in feel but this home has nailed it. The master en-suite and kitchen stood out with their marble finishes. This is only really for those looking for a long stay, home from home, as there is a three-month minimum stay. 

Baroness Dupon

Being right opposite one of London's largest green spaces is something quite unique. This spacious two bedroom apartment, along with having Hyde Park to stare at from the balcony space, is literally a stone's throw from High Street Kensington and a short bus ride from Knightsbridge too, so if it's location you are after this home has you covered. Whilst the second bedroom is a lot smaller and not as impressive as the grand master, this is a great choice for those who value location in an upmarket Kensington area.

Hyde Park Chic VII

Located off Addison Road, one of the most sought-after streets in the city and within minutes of Holland Park - the location here is unbeatable. With a private garden, separate laundry room and two living spaces - there's so much space in this home. Families will appreciate the quietness of the neighbourhood and its safety, as the property sits on a monitored private estate. 

The Woodsford

Your host is an Italian interior designer and it really shows in this thoughtfully presented property. This was her family home, so there are some signs of wear and tear, but overall it's a really characterful and homely space with pleasant touches such as framed Italian book pages in the guest room. 

A Sailor Went To Sea

Only a short walk from The British Museum this home, whilst not the most adventurous in terms of design, will provide a solid base for your time in London. It's surprisingly peaceful given the central location and with incredibly fast Wi-Fi, if you decide to have a day away from the local attractions, the home is conducive to relaxing. A large dining table with ample seating also makes a lovely place for a home-cooked meal.

Miranda Breeze

This luxury duplex apartment is right by Buckingham Palace and St James Park so it gets top marks for location. An internal courtyard, while a nice place for an evening meal, does mean you will lack any meaningful views. Guests wanting to be close to the major attractions, while having a spacious & peaceful home to return to after a day exploring, will do well here.

Ma'am

A younger couple or solo-traveller looking for a colourful and quirky home amidst the action have come to the right place.  Sat in a prime spot in Bermondsey, you'll have plenty to see and do, with the home itself being attached to a fashion museum. There are some surreal pieces of furniture dotted throughout the retro interiors, alongside some one-of-a-kind photography. If you're looking for a central spot with plenty of character, this just might be the ticket. 



Fashion Forward

This is a smartly finished and pleasant space to be in, somewhere to relax and escape the hustle and bustle. The authentic village feel of the locality of Queen's Park is rather unique in London, and one you will not want to leave behind. Being a short stroll from the lush greenery of the local park, convenience stores and the tube makes it the perfect package for a couple or small family. As an added bonus your host has written up a thoughtful home manual which even includes some recipes that you can try your hand at in the kitchen.

Mount Ashmore

In upmarket Chelsea, down a quaint mews street, sits this family home. With ample room to socialise, it would suit those on longer stays, with a homely country-house style kitchen and dining area. Each bedroom also comes with its respective bathroom for added privacy. Better suited for those with older children, the spiral staircase would be too dangerous for those travelling with toddlers.

This massive redbrick townhouse is literally minutes from Hampstead Heath and it boasts one of the best London skyline views we've seen in any Plum home. There are definitely cracks and a few quirks here and there but despite this, it still manages to feel very special and the amenities are perfect for a family with a PS4, table tennis, piano and a movie collection all on offer.

Milo's

An impeccably positioned apartment a short walk from The British Museum and Regent's Park. This is not a lived-in home and lacks a little personality, but it's surprisingly quiet given its location. As a base to return to after a day exploring London this home will serve you well. With super fast Wi-Fi, if you fancy an evening watching movies, you'll be able to stream to your heart's content.
