There's no question that being able to walk over the street and be in Hyde Park within 5 minutes is wonderful. Whilst the building may not have the most welcoming architecture (1930's) with a communal hallway showing wear and tear, we were pleasantly surprised by the interiors of the apartment. The space has been fully renovated to modern standards. The master bedroom is ensuite with rainfall shower and marble effect finish.  Overall, the flat would suit a small family, perhaps, who would appreciate the proximity to the park while having Notting Hill close by too.

Having just been newly refurbished, this four bedroom property offers a rare chance for a large group to stay in the buzzing centre. While it's a little bit more impersonal than some properties, as the owners rarely stay here, for a sense of space and for the superior location, it won't be beaten.

Caroline’s Manor is an impressive home that will ensure a peaceful stay while also being in an amazing location. The home is nestled in a secluded and quiet area, so it’s ideal for a good night’s sleep, and Hyde Park is also just a few steps away. There’s so much space here, meaning a large group will not feel cramped at all, and each room is incredibly bright. With an incredibly high standard of attention to detail and care from your host, you’re sure to be in safe hands when staying in this lovely home. 

Caroline's Manor

This is a light and happy space to be in and definitely not your usual basement flat. While the entrance of the building is pretty unattractive the apartment itself is a lovely surprise with its stylish decor. There are some lovely touches such as the House of Hackney curtains in the living area and art deco finishings. You also have the bonus of some outdoor space, a patio outside of the master bedroom. This is unfortunately connected to the neighbour's patio, so only partially private, but it's still a nice space to enjoy your morning coffee.

This is a charming home with a front room that looks like it's been taken straight out of a magazine. The bedrooms are a bit dated but they all have their own en-suite and there's heaps of storage. The home is organised around a central courtyard making it a really quiet space, registering a consistent thirty decibels in every room.

This home really ticked all of our boxes for comfort and amenities. The living area has a Smart TV with Netflix streaming and Sonos speakers, the kitchen is well-equipped and has a Nespresso coffee machine for those slow mornings, the bathrooms are also spotless and provide high-quality toiletries. While you are not in central London, so getting to main attractions would take some travelling, it is a well connected area with Paddington, Hyde Park and Little Venice very close by.

Escape hectic London living in this calming, Scandi inspired space. This home embodies the 'Hygge' outlook with colourful artworks set against tall white walls and a large bay window. Practicality has not been forgotten in this smartly finished home, with masses of storage in the master bedroom. The location is also charming with the home set along a quiet road, a stone's throw from the vibrant Queensway and Bayswater High Street.

Style & Sensibility

Just around a five minute walk to Hyde Park, Sandstone is in an excellent spot to explore London’s picturesque areas, as Notting Hill is also very nearby. It's more of a practical home than a luxurious one, as although it has three bedrooms, the living space is very small and feels more like a studio space. This is not a home for design enthusiasts, but we think it will suit those who are after a good value stay in a convenient location, or business travellers seeking a peaceful base in the city. 

Sandstone

Jaws will drop when guests step through the double doors into the marble kitchen at The Bengal Tiger. The home has been recently renovated and therefore the finishes are high quality, the amenities extensive, and the overall interior design extremely tasteful. There are so many highlights here, from the double-height ceiling in the living room, which has been filled with iconic vintage pieces and artwork from emerging contemporary artists, to the intricate period window design in the master bedroom. We’ll let you explore the rest when you come to stay.

Adorable and cosy, Gingham in Grey is in an equally attractive location. Equidistant from both Notting Hill and Hyde Park, you can reach some of London’s most popular areas simply by foot. Nestled on the top floor of an old building, a modern renovation has filled the home with a great sense of space (the building itself is a little run down in comparison). The open-plan living area is aching to be filled with conversation as much as the balconies are waiting to be enjoyed. 

Gingham in Grey

We love this home’s location as the no-through street feels tranquil, yet you're only minutes away from the lively area of Notting Hill. Kensington Gardens is also just a five-minute walk. Recently renovated, Oriole is sweet and welcoming, featuring high-end finishes, grey-washed herringbone floors and Scandi-style furniture.
