Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
There’s something pleasingly British about this large home. Its part of a 200-year-old building in red-brick Mayfair, and contains a fireplace, bookshelves, vintage pottery and even royal family-themed tea cups. Space is another stand-out feature, and so too style: each room has a different colour theme, while original floorboards are found throughout. An excellent modern kitchen also impresses. The home lacks a TV, but who needs one when you’re so close to Hyde Park, Oxford Street and Piccadilly Circus?

Home truths
The fourth bedroom is much smaller than the others – the smallish bed is tucked under a steeply sloping ceiling so watch your head!
There is no TV but there are plenty of good books
There isn't much of a provision for bedside tables or reading lights
There are lots of stairs to contend with so be prepared to carry your luggage up on arrival
Since we created the original floor plan, the third bedroom now has a bunk bed (a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top)

About Mayfair
Mayfair needs no introduction - it is quite simply the epicentre of luxury London, the place to satisfy the most extravagant tastes in food, fashion, jewellery and art. Home to Bond Street, Savile Row, and Cork Street, Mayfair is stuffed full of history and monopoly players will know that real estate doesn't come cheap here. Once you've shopped til you drop, we recommend a lavish afternoon tea: will it be Claridge's, Fortnum & Masons or The Ritz? Take your pick.

TRY THE WORLD FAMOUS BURGER & LOBSTER
If the name did not convince you, the cool modern vibe, the smell of grilled seafood, the comfort of a proper burger and the cosy environment certainly will.

Grab a snack at Benugo at Curzon Street
We are all for local shops, however, Benugo's "Fish and Chips" sandwich made of a glorious fresh Cod fillet and avocado in crunchy bread, among others, is too good to be missed.

Rejuvenate at Parcafé
This coffee shop at The Dorchester Hotel was made for the seekers, the lovers and the purists. It will make you get out of bed even earlier.

Enjoy a proper British pub at The Audley
There are Pubs and then there is The Audley. This a serious legendary Victorian Pub right at your doorstep. Even the Obamas dined upstairs during their London visit.

Check the view at the Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane
Visit the SPA and ask to be shown around, from here you can see Hyde Park and the City of London. Get a glass of Champagne from the attentive staff while you admire the view and consider a treat.

Step in the Church of the Immaculate Conception Farm Street
One of the most beautiful Roman Catholic Churches in England. We promise to save you the English Reformation and Counter-Reformation (XVI century) lecture if you promise to visit.

Stroll around Hyde Park
One of Europe's greatest inner city parks and just a short stroll away. This majestic park keeps the seasons and the beating heart of London with O2 and tradition. Walk, run, row, read, sit.

Head over to Shepherd Market
A charming small square and piazza bursting with authenticity. This area has a great village-like vibe with its impressive Victorian pubs.

Browse the Mayfair Art Galleries
Probably the highest concentration of small contemporary Art Galleries in London. David Zwirner, Hauser & Wirth, Sprüth Magers and the Medici Gallery just to name a few.

You are right at the City Centre
From your door you may walk to Oxford Circus, Piccadilly Circus, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace and even Harrods for a couple more minutes. It does not get any better than this! Enjoy!

grab BREAKFAST AT TRUC VERT
Everything is good at Truc Vert, the food, the wine list, the service, the live music and especially the breakfast. If you are into french classic come back for dinner and go for Les Escargots.
