Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Although this home is not one of the most exciting spaces in our collection, we were won over by its central location and high-end feel. Just minutes away from Bond Street, it will suit first-time visitors to London, shoppers and travellers on business. The monochrome design of the home may be too plain for some and the space is lacking in some personal character. But, we think most will appreciate the luxury finishes, such as the sleek kitchen, high-quality furnishings and smart, hotel-like bathrooms.

This is a purpose-built flat and may lack some of the character of a lived-in home
A minor point, but the shower-heads in this home are quite unusual
Although this home can sleep six, the third bedroom is a small double that may be best suited to one person

About Marylebone
Just a short walk away from Oxford Circus, Soho and Mayfair, Marylebone is a veritable haven for stylish shoppers and foodies. Packed full of independent shops, restaurants and historic pubs, the area manages to maintain a distinctive village-feel vibe despite its very central location. You'll be rubbing shoulders with a sophisticated crowd of media and arty types.

Get your groceries at Marylebone FARMER'S MARKET
Stroll through the market and buy some of London’s freshest produce. It's only open on Sundays, so grab all your fresh veggies and cook up a roast at home.

Stroll down Marylebone High Street
A unique village in prime central London. It's adored by locals and is full of London’s trendiest boutiques, restaurants and cafés.

Visit The MONOCLE CAFé
This shop and café is achingly trendy and totally worth a look. It's exterior is picture perfect and inside it sells great bags, shirts, lifestyle items and of course, the monocle magazine.

Take a trip down memory lane at The Museum Of Childhood
Part of the V&A Museum, it contains rare, hand-crafted objects & well-loved toys from the 20th century that allow insight into how different children might have lived, thought and felt.

Marvel the works at DAUNT BOOKS
Probably the city’s most respected independent booksellers, Daunt Books has a superb selection but also wonderfully knowledgeable staff. The large library room will take your breath away.

Watch a game of cricket at Lord's
Commonly known as the "Home of Cricket", Lord's is one of the most famous cricket grounds in the world. Grab a hamper full of your favourite sandwiches and some champagne and enjoy the day.

Go for afternoon tea at The Landmark
Opened in 1899 this is now one of London's most iconic hotels. Based in Marylebone there's a 5 star luxury hotel, as well as a fantastic restaurant and bar.

MEET SOME OF THE NEIGHBOURS AT THE GREEN MAN
This local pub considers itself a cider house and kitchen. You're guaranteed to get a fine looking pint of whatever you fancy and some good pub grub as well.

Dine at the Cleveland Arms
This independently-run local pub has been serving the Paddington and Notting Hill community since 1852 - it's also gaining quite the reputation for great food.

ENJOY SECOND HELPINGS AT LE RELAIS
Treat yourself to steak, chips and a magical sauce. With prompt service and an informal atmosphere, this is a firm favourite.

Absorb the scents of Edgware Road
The Middle Eastern enclave of Edgware Road is one of the oldest roads in Britain. Take in the fruity scent of shisha and absorb the atmosphere at any time of night - most places are open until late.
