This is a simple, comfortable home that will suit minimalist lovers. The newly refurbish interiors, good selection of amenities and amazing location really won us over. Set over three floors, there are plenty of stairs within the home, but the separation of floors means it actually feels larger than its 500 sqft. Found in Fitzrovia, this central location is truly standout – you can walk to Oxford Circus and you're within a short distance from lots of useful train stations.

About Fitzrovia

Wedged between Bloomsbury, Soho, Covent Garden and Marylebone, Fitzrovia is a haven for foodies, art lovers and shoppers alike. You'll be rubbing shoulders with stylish local architects, gallerists and other artsy animals every evening from 6pm onwards, either sipping a cocktail in a glamorous bar or having a pint in one of the many historic and characterful local pubs. The weekends are a bit quieter when the local workers disperse, which is a good time to stroll up to Regent's Park, marvel the glories of the British Museum or head to the shops on Oxford Street.
