Dense with foliage, the large roof garden atop this Fitzrovia loft offers a wonderful city escape. It comes with a BBQ, daybeds and camera-grabbing views of the rocket-like BT Tower. The open-plan apartment is just as impressive inside, and full of nice touches. Comfy bedrooms hide behind sliding doors, a claw-foot bathtub looks over London rooftops and skylights keep things cheerily bright. Just outside is villagey Charlotte Street, rich with restaurants, with Soho and Oxford Street in strolling distance.

About Fitzrovia
Wedged between Bloomsbury, Soho, Covent Garden and Marylebone, Fitzrovia is a haven for foodies, art lovers and shoppers alike. You'll be rubbing shoulders with stylish local architects, gallerists and other artsy animals every evening from 6pm onwards, either sipping a cocktail in a glamorous bar or having a pint in one of the many historic and characterful local pubs. The weekends are a bit quieter when the local workers disperse, which is a good time to stroll up to Regent's Park, marvel the glories of the British Museum or head to the shops on Oxford Street.

This is a super glitzy and fancy brunch, lunch and dinner spot, serving up fine cocktails. The space is oozing with greenery, hanging plants and pretty people.

Pop along the street for coffee at Kaffeine Eastcastle
The Kiwi/Aussie mix of coffee hipsters rules again. Head over to this very chilled out café for good vibes, better snacks and amazing coffee. Their brownies are sublime and perfect with a flat white.
