Add dates for price

Occupying the eighth floor of a 1960s modernist block, this apartment offers the same river views as neighbouring, multi-million-pound high rises – but for a fraction of the price. You can use the provided binoculars to gaze over the Thames’ boat traffic west towards Chelsea Harbour, and at each night’s sunset. Inside all is bright and subtly stylish, courtesy of unusual paintings and an open-plan layout. Upmarket King's Road is a 15-minute stroll across Battersea Bridge, with buses serving elsewhere in Central London.

Home truths

This apartment is on the 8th floor of a 60’s modernist block. It may not appeal to all, but it is a true essence of 1960’s, British architecture.

If being near an underground station is important for you, this flat is not for you. The nearest London Underground station is Sloane Square, which is 20 mins walk away. But you can walk to Clapham Junction Overground station in 10 minutes and there is a bus stop right outside the house, as well as Boris Bicycles.
