Occupying the eighth floor of a 1960s modernist block, this apartment offers the same river views as neighbouring, multi-million-pound high rises – but for a fraction of the price. You can use the provided binoculars to gaze over the Thames’ boat traffic west towards Chelsea Harbour, and at each night’s sunset. Inside all is bright and subtly stylish, courtesy of unusual paintings and an open-plan layout. Upmarket King's Road is a 15-minute stroll across Battersea Bridge, with buses serving elsewhere in Central London.

About Battersea
Battersea has been dubbed 'Nappy Valley' for its popularity with affluent young families, and it's not hard to see what draws them in. The area is surrounded by the green expanses of Clapham Common, Wandsworth Common and the vast Battersea Park, with its children’s zoo, boating lake, mini golf, and many acres of nature trails to explore. There are lots of good foodie spots and independent boutiques nearby, especially...
