Plum Guide is an excellent service. I’ve always had a great experience with the quality of the homes, the communication and the accuracy of the home and location descriptions. I booked my most recent stay months in advance. Several months before the trip, the owner decided to sell the property. Plum Guide quickly assisted me to find another home in the same London location. They gave me a meaningful discount on the overall stay, which I appreciated. I would highly recommend PG. The service is excellent and the homes are beautiful!

We have used Plum Guide for the last couple of years and have found them to be helpful in every way. We will always use them for holiday property now. We had booked a property through Plum Guide again for this year’s holiday. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cancel our original holiday and Plum Guide were very helpful in doing this but also personally rang the following day to check that my husband was well after surgery. That was a lovely thing to do and was great customer service. We have booked another property with them now for later in the year and are looking forward to our holiday in Croatia.

The people at Plum Guide are very clear communicators, so the apartment we stayed in was exactly what we had been told it would be. The range of apartments to choose from on the Plum Guide website was terrific, and the apartment we stayed in was perfect for our two week trip to London. It was sparkling clean. We were greeted on arrival and taken through everything we needed to know, like how to use the oven and the washing machine. We had a couple of queries in the first few days, and all of them were answered very promptly.

Wow. This site is incredible. The places are outstanding and awe-inspiring. BUT the hidden gem is being able to access the (free) support of the booking team. You'd be a fool to pass up the excellent (and free) services available via the chat function. If you're lucky enough to get Alexia (she's a real person, not a robot), you're in for a treat. Her ability to find properties that matched our unique needs with kids, our budget and our crazy schedule was something I would expect to pay a top-tier travel agent for. 100% outstanding. What is Plum Guide?
Plum Guide curates a list of short-let rental properties. It was initially a city-focused initiative with its primary collections in London, Paris, New York and Los Angeles. Since expanding in 2021, we have properties in over 500 destinations across 29 countries on its portal.
Plum Guide uses an algorithm to build a database of all the homes available in a destination, then systematically puts it through rounds of quality control, including a Plum Test, to come up with the top homes.
Is Plum Guide legit?
We launched in 2016 in London and have since expanded to hundreds of destinations across Europe, the UK, and the USA. Since launch, we’ve vetted over 1,000,000 homes through the Plum Guide vetting process and developed a customer experience that returns the highest reviews in the hospitality sector. Most importantly, we have built a team of exceptionally talented and passionate people we are proud to work alongside daily. We are backed by some of the world’s top VCs and angel investors. What’s the difference between Plum Guide and Airbnb?
